Exercise Physiologists are allied health professionals specialising in exercise as medicine for a number of different conditions. They possess the knowledge, skills, and competency to design and deliver both, general physical activity advice and clinical exercise prescription. This includes both apparently healthy persons and those with chronic and complex diseases; providing rehabilitation for clients following the acute stage of injury, post-operative rehabilitation, or during recovery to restore functional capacity and well-being.

We understand that every human is different and that your circumstances will differ from the next. We work with you to help restore your optimal physical function, health, and wellness.
