PRIVATE PATIENTS
Discover seamless payment options for private patients at our clinic. We accept private payments through our HICPAS terminal, ensuring a hassle-free transaction process. Additionally, for those with health insurance coverage, we offer convenient processing of health fund rebates, making quality healthcare both easy and accessible. No referral required.
MEDICARE
If you comply with each of the following criteria you may be eligible to receive allied health services through Medicare.
- People that have at least one chronic medial condition and complex care needs
- People that require care from a General Practitioner (GP) and at least two additional health professionals or care providers
- People that are managed by their GP through an Enhanced Primary Care program/plan (EPC)
Once on an EPC or CDM Plan is completed by your doctor, they can refer you for up to five allied health services per calendar year. Medicare rebates are available onsite for Physiotherapy consultations with an additional gap fee.
WORKCOVER
A Doctor’s referral is required. Direct billing to WorkCover and assistance with your claim is available for all approved claims.
Services available for WorkCover patients:
- Communication with your doctor
- Coordination with your WorkCover case manager
- Direct billing to WorkCover
- Assistance with handling your claim
VETERANS’ AFFAIRS
Our hands on therapists aim to improve function, mobility, strength, and flexibility, while reducing pain, helping veterans lead an active and fulfilling life. For direct billing to Veteran’s Affairs, please ensure you have a D904 referral from your doctor.
Services offered to Veterans’ Affairs patients include:

THIRD PARTY INSURANCE (Motor Vehicle Accidents)
A Doctor’s referral is required. Direct billing to the Insurer is available for approved claims.
MY AGED CARE
My Aged Care packages are designed to support older individuals with complex requirements, enabling them to remain in the comfort of their own homes while receiving necessary care at their chosen facilities. For patients with approved packages, our clinic offers specialised services tailored to meet your needs.
As a dedicated subcontractor, we work in partnership with approved aged care service providers to deliver high-quality care services to our patients. Once you have set up your My Aged Care package with your chosen provider, simply provide us with their details, and we will coordinate with them to establish an agreement and facilitate direct billing. Our aim is to enhance the efficiency of your care experience while ensuring seamless access to the support you need, all at no additional cost to you.
EXTERNAL THIRD-PARTY PAYERS
If you are a third party responsible for patient approvals and invoicing, please email the following information to our reception team at reception@caboolturephysio.com:
- Approval: Confirm that the patient’s sessions are covered under your plan, including the number of sessions approved.
- Invoicing Information: Include the email address where invoices should be sent, and any other relevant documents required by our therapists to request further information.
Upon receiving your email, we will promptly contact the patient to schedule their appointment and will handle billing directly with your company.
HOME VISITS
Please speak to our reception staff for our current availabilities for home visits
NURSING HOME VISITS
A Doctor’s referral is not required. However, the physiotherapist will require permission to liaise with the nursing home staff or the Doctor in order to provide effective treatment and communication.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers are available for Massage, Physiotherapy and for a Pilates assessment and introductory class.
