CTP or External Third Parties

For compulsory third-party claims and other external third-party referrals, please email reception@caboolturephysio.com with the following details:

Approval for the patient to commence treatment
Number of approved sessions
Invoicing information, including the email address for invoice submission
Any relevant documents required for our therapists to request further approvals or information

Upon receiving this information, we will promptly contact the patient to arrange their appointment. Billing will be handled directly with the referring company, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
